Location adjacent to Regina on the day of check-in, restaurants and gas stations and a music festival and football game going on. Updated & reasonably large unit with great beds, the carpet in the main areas and TV.

A friendly atmosphere.
As with most hotels, a breakfast (at least a cold buffet) should be available at 6:00 AM

Location is good as it is close to shopping and has nightclub and restaurant attached.
The pool and pool area was very small. There was computer available for hotel guest use unless it was behind closed doors.

The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. And the locations was super easy to find! I had never been in Regina before so that was very helpful!
The bathroom was not as clean as I would hope for a hotel. So I did not end up taking a bath - which I usually do every night. The pool and hot tub was not very clean either. The food in the attached lounge was not very good.

We had three dogs staying in rooms near us. They were barking however when this was reported to reception they were very quick to offer us another room.

The only things I liked were the coffee in the lobby the fridge in the room and the large screen tv.
I was not happy about having to put a $300.00 damage deposit on the room. I do not believe in credit cards and carry one for emergencies only. I was not able to use my card as it was declined when the clerk put in my room and a $100.00 damage deposit. The clerk called for the manager and I was told the only way I could stay was to pay for the room and a $300.00 damage deposit which would be refunded after checking out if room inspection allowed. Here is the deal. I am on a small pension and was only lucky I had over $400.00 in my account to cover. I have cancer along with other medical apointments and would have stayed next weekend as well as I have two apointments at the cancer clinic on monday. Needless to say I have found cheaper accomodations. I was also disapointed when booking a smoke free room that I could still smell smoke. I went to put on the air conditioner for fresh air and it did not work. I stretched out the cord and plugged it into the bed lamp and soon had fresh air. I also wanted to point out the bed was worn out and I could feel the springs especially the metal around the edge of the bed. I think you need to upgrade the rooms a little.

I liked the staff, they were very accommodating & very friendly. Every person that worked there had a nice hello or good morning. The Hotel is well kept & clean. The rooms are comfortable, spacious & very clean. It was quiet & I slept well, as it's sometimes hard to in a strange bed. I would recommend this hotel for cleanliness & amazing staff. Whenever I needed anything they were right on top of it. Not to mention your breakfast voucher for the Smitty's hat is attached to the hotel. There is also the option to have a smoking room. I will be staying there gain when I travel through on my way to Calgary in March.
can't think of anything I didn't like
